Coffee, community and farm-fresh living. In one yard in Hawassa.
We open with coffee, from espresso to a traditional buna ceremony, plus fresh juice made with produce from our own farm. The numbers are on every cup, so you know exactly what you’re drinking.
The café
Espresso and V60 for the coffee people, jebena buna for everyone, and fresh juice and telba pressed from farm produce. Sit inside, or out in the yard.
Sugar on the side · 16 kcal a spoon. Numbers are estimates until our recipes are final.
The ceremony, the way it should be shared
Roasting, the jebena, three rounds and good conversation. Hosted in the yard, open to everyone.
What you measure, you can change.
Every drink shows its numbers. Sugar comes on the side. Produce shows the day it was picked. Information, never judgment.
The farm, on your table
A small market next door to the café with produce from Abiko, our own farm near Hawassa. A “picked on” date on every crate, and you pay by the kilo.
What comes after coffee
The yard has room for more. These are on the way; we’ll announce dates when they’re ready.
Coffee, buna ceremony, fresh juice and telba.
Small morning sessions in the yard, with a coach. Limited spots.
Measured meals from our own farm, for anyone working toward a goal.
